My Story
I am a dedicated therapist specializing in child-directed play therapy, helping children navigate anxiety, life transitions, and family challenges. With a compassionate approach, I create a safe and supportive environment where children can express themselves and develop coping skills through play.

I am also a mother, a hiker, a lover of dogs and all animals, and a compassionate partner to work with for your child's wellbeing.
Therapeutic Approach: My primary focus is on child-directed play therapy, which allows children to communicate their feelings and experiences in a natural and engaging way. I integrate various techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies, mindfulness practices, and breathwork to support emotional regulation and resilience.
Client Focus:I work with children facing anxiety, adapting to life changes, and dealing with family dynamics. My goal is to empower both children and their families by fostering understanding and connection.
Session Information:Sessions are tailored to the individual child’s needs, typically lasting 45-50 minutes. While I offer both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate your family’s schedule, I strongly recommend in-person appointments for children 11 year of age and younger.
